My lovely daughter found herself a bargain on Gumtree (she is a great bargain hunter). A deal was made and a collection address provided. I checked out Google maps before we left so had a rough idea where we were going, number 2745 of a road that goes for many kilometers.
We were somewhere in the area we needed and I wanted to slow down to read house numbers, the houses were very spread out from each other. Next thing I have a car right up my tail and feel momentarily annoyed that I cannot go as slow as I would like. The road was single lane but just ahead there was a pull in point, so I quickly indicated and pulled over to let the car pass me and to check out the nearest house number on foot. Can you guess what house number we pulled up outside? I love how the Universe guides us when we trust the outcome is going to be the right one…. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Jac xx

We are shown signs and symbols every day. It is up to us to notice and interpret the meanings of the signs. You can go out and spend a fortune on books which give meanings to these things but why not create your own little record book as these things are very personal and what means ‘this’ to one person will mean ‘that’ to another.
While out and about take notice of sounds, smells, feelings, note them down in your psyche and log them there (and in a book if you wish) for future use… ie, I hear a squeal of car brakes, I log this in my mind as a danger signal. If just before leaving home I hear the squeal of brakes in my mind, I may choose to travel a different way that day. Signs and symbols are very individual so it is important to work with what things mean to you. My dad hated freesia flowers as the smell made him think of funerals… me; I love the smell of these flowers – probably as they make me think of my dad. When you think you are being presented with a sign, sit quietly for a while and ask, “what does this mean to me?” “Does this make me feel joyful”? Jot the idea’s that come to you in a little book, just go with the flow of thoughts that drift in. If you are more of a seer that a feeler try visualising traffic lights, what colour are they? Pretty obvious that you can go full steam ahead if the light is green, be somewhat cautious if amber and rethink the situation if the light is red. As always, keep it light and have fun. Jac xx Why not make a Happiness Jar.
Write down, on a slip of paper, something happy that has happened each day and place it in the jar….
