Do you get Angel Bumps AKA Truth Tingles?
Have you ever got Goosebumps suddenly when thinking about something even though you may not be cold? In the spiritual world we often call these Angel Bumps or Truth Tingles… you know those ones that hit from the top of your head and radiate all the way down to the tips of your toes.
For me these bumps are a clear sign that things are working out as they should be and are an indication to keep going along the path – a big fat YES!
These kind of bumps, I believe, come directly from your Spirit Team and should be taken notice of. They could be Aunt Maud trying to catch your attention or one of your other guides letting you know they are around. Work on building the rapport with your Team by asking for clarification via the Angel Bumps on any number of things. The more you communicate, the clearer the answers will be. You may feel silly to start off with but ask questions, in your head or out loud (if appropriate lols), particularly closed ended questions ie, those with yes/no answers. Then ask that the Tingles will mean a yes and voila – you have your own quick and easy communication system.
One of the most awesome things with this sort of communication is that it is with you wherever you go. You don’t need tools or tricks – just an open mind.
In my humble opinion and from 12 years’ experience of working in this field I, undoubtedly, 100 percent, believe it works – otherwise why would I still be here?
I know that the lives of many have been changed by the work that I do. I don’t often put myself out there in this way and some may find it rather egotistical or confronting – but I am who I am – no apologies. It has taken many years of self-work to get to this point in my life, but here I am warts 'n' all.
All of creation is made up of vibration – ie energy waves. The work that I do taps in to the waves of your life and can find out where and why the waves are too calm, to turbulent or in some cases non-existent.
I find a lot of the people who are drawn to work with me start off with some sort of physical pain or are at a point in their life where they have simply had enough, which acts as a catalyst for wanting change. Once we connect I drill down using the tools I have learnt along the way, to build a picture (formula) of the underlying reasons for the pain. So often the pain is founded in emotionally charged memories from this and past life experiences and trauma of some kind. Recognising the base line for what it is makes it easier for those things to be accepted as part of the life journey, and the hold they have can be allowed to drift away. This does not diminish what has happened in life or make it have never happened – it just means it no longer has an energetic hold over you that is creating blocks in your life.
I need to add – that I do not make ‘healing’ happen, I am just a conduit/observer and if anyone says they do my suggestion is to keep well away as that is from a place of ego.
I hope that this, in some way helps you lighten the load you are carrying,
Today a friend was chatting to me about her upcoming house move to another part of our lovely country. For this to happen she first needs to sell the house she currently owns. Having done the same things when we went through the big move from England to Australia 11 years ago I was able to pass on few tips to help her call in her perfect real estate agent and then buyer.
Firstly I let her know about a Feng Shui tip to call in the best person to help sell her house (given to me by my lovely friend over at Mel’s Energy House). Write what you need on a piece of paper, red paper holds extra power in the Feng Shui world, use words such as ‘Please send me the best person to help with my house sale’ and place in the ‘useful person’ area of your home as per the Bagua Map. The paper does not need to be visible for the world to see as we are working with energy flow here.
This worked amazingly for me when we wanted to have our whole house re-tiled and was having a hard time finding the right tile. One who could also lift the old tiles rather than go with some of the alternative options given to us by others who came to quote! I put the paper in its designated spot under our TV. A couple of days later hubby suggested looking in the local paper as previously we had contacted tradesmen whose cards were in the tile showrooms. I should also mention at this point we had chosen some tiles that were the same as friends of our as they were just what we were looking for. We had also seen them laid so knew what we would be getting. Hey presto, in the paper was a tiler whose email address was the same as our friends’ names, just in reverse – what an awesome sign. Needless to say we employed the tiler, got a great price and he did a great job.
So, back to house sales... Once we found our agent in England, the other way we called in our buyers (energetically) was to imagine a ‘sold’ sign on the board outside our house. To really cement this in we took the kids, then aged 3 and 9, to a house locally that was sold by the same agency so had the exact same sign and told them to imagine it outside our house, you can also take a picture of the sign. Every time we went out I would get the kids to picture the sold sign as we rounded the corner and saw our house. Guess what happened a few days later – yep the house got sold. Some people just happened to be driving by our place between two house viewings that were an hour drive in opposite directions from us and they had time to waste. They stopped as we had an open home that day and contacted the agent with a firm offer within an hour of leaving – the rest as they say is history.
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary:
Synchronicity is the coincidental occurrence of events and especially psychic events (such as similar thoughts in widely separated persons or a mental image of an unexpected event before it happens) that seem related but are not explained by conventional mechanisms of causality —used especially in the psychology of C. G. Jung
To me synchronicity happens when a number of things happen that make me take notice ie, meaningful coincidences.
When I take notice it will normally mean I see a sign of something that I need to be aware of. As an example, whilst out driving I may see the number plate with registration USA, a short time later a Bruce Springsteen song may come on the radio “Born in the USA”(did you sing that? See I am psychic lols). This in turn may make me think about my cousin who is currently travelling overseas in the USA so I message her which is at the perfect time as she has been feeling a little lonely and needed a chat.
Another great example, if you follow both myself and the beautiful Toni of Angel Teachings on social media you may notice some synchronicity. So often when we post our card of the day there is a similarity between the 2 cards, or memes or just how we are feeling even though we may not have spoken for days. For us it is a wonderful sign that we are on the right path.
Some could say that when my sub-conscious starts to bring things up to a conscious level I notice the signs that were already there and then attach meaning to the. That is not so with my way of thinking or being. I do believe that there are forces of energy around us that are continuously guiding us to where we should be. If we see and recognise the signs we are sent then the flow of life is much easier – who wants to row against the tide all the time, not me that is for sure!
So keep your eyes and mind open to the possibilities of signs around you. How may they be shown to you? As I said earlier there are lots of ways, songs on the radio, street signs, numbers and things in nature that may have specific names that mean something to you. The list could be limitless.
When I first studied and then passed my BodyTalk exams and was setting up my business, I was lead to believe that I would have a successful practice within 3 months if I set the intention and marked out spaces in my diary for the hordes of clients that would be knocking down my door. The following belief system was also implanted a successful practice has a wait list of clients and the practitioner busy 12 hours a day for 7 days a week… Did this ever happen for me – a big fat NO! Did I beat myself up about my lack of reaching this goal? Hell Yeah, all the time. I felt like a total loser. What had I done wrong in this or previous lives for The Universe to not give me this?
Fast forward about 5 years and eventually (DUH!) I realised I had absolutely no desire to work a very full on 7 days a week and that a ‘wait list clinic’ could consist of only a couple of clients if that is what I chose to limit the numbers to. At last the work flowed, as in fact it always had done, with the exact number of clients that fitted in to MY lifestyle and what I wanted for my business, ie, small and exclusive…. YAY, I was successful after all!
Finding and acknowledging those belief systems that somehow worm their way into our being and having the tools to clear them can have such a profound impact on our life and the way we live it.
Lets shift that BS ;)
